A woman wearing Minnie Mouse ears was arrested at Disneyland for failing to show her ID to officers. The unidentified woman, accompanied by two young children, was cited for obstructing a peace officer and refusing to provide identification at Disney California Adventure. She had attempted to bring her children into the park without paying the admissions fee and had been accused of trying to enter the park without buying tickets multiple times in the past two months. A viral video of the arrest showed the woman screaming as she was escorted out of the park by police.

Disneyland allows free admission for children under 3 years old when accompanied by a paying adult. Those who are 3 years old and older require valid theme park admission and a reservation for the same park on the same date. The cost of a Disneyland ticket varies depending on factors such as the type of ticket purchased, the guest’s age, and the number of days per visit. A 1-day ticket fluctuates in price based on the date, while a 2-day ticket at a single Disneyland Park costs $310 per adult and $290 per child aged 3 and up. Guests also have the option to purchase a park hopper pass for an additional $65 each.

Police were called to Disneyland after the woman was uncooperative with security teams. The woman’s repeated attempts to enter the park without purchasing tickets had led to her arrest. The TikTok video of the incident, which showed the woman protesting and yelling profanities, gained over 9 million views. The woman, who was booked and later released with a citation, can be heard in the video accusing the officers of hurting her while bystanders watched the scene unfold near the Jumpin’ Jellyfish ride in Paradise Gardens.

The incident at Disneyland involving the woman’s arrest highlights the strict enforcement of admission policies and security measures at the theme park. Disney officials stated that the woman had attempted to bring her children into the park without paying, leading to her confrontation with authorities. While children under the age of 3 are granted free admission, guests who are older must have valid tickets and reservations to enter the park. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in consequences such as being cited by law enforcement and escorted out of the premises.

Disneyland visitors are required to follow specific guidelines and rules when visiting the park, including purchasing valid tickets based on age and the number of days per visit. The costs of admission vary, with options for park hopper passes available for those who wish to visit multiple attractions. The incident involving the woman’s arrest serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to the park’s policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Disneyland officials and security teams are tasked with maintaining order and upholding the rules to protect the integrity of the theme park and the experience of its visitors.
