Celebrity real estate brokers Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon have created their ultimate dream home with the renovation of their Long Island estate, named “Summerwind.” Originally a single-story home belonging to Conlon’s mother in the 1960s, the sprawling 10,000 square foot Spanish Colonial house now features panoramic views of Long Island Sound and a tribute to Frank Sinatra. The renovation process, which took about six years to complete, was a challenging yet enriching experience for the couple. They worked together with John Cetra and Nancy Ruddy of CetraRuddy for the architecture and design of the home.
