The 2024 GeekWire Awards CEO of the Year finalists include Gaurav Oberoi of Lexion, Ozan Unlu of Edge Delta, Nancy Xiao of Mason, Vijaye Raji of Statsig, and Linda Lian of Common Room. These software veterans are working on various enterprise solutions, such as contract management, data analysis, and A/B testing. Oberoi is the CEO of Lexion, a spinout from the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence, which raised $20 million for its AI-powered contract management software. Unlu is the CEO of Edge Delta, a Seattle startup that helps engineering and security teams analyze data and raised $63 million in 2022.
Nancy Xiao, CEO of Mason, a Seattle-based startup founded in 2015, provides clients with custom-built hardware and software for single-purpose Android devices. Vijaye Raji, CEO of Statsig, a Bellevue-based startup specializing in A/B testing technology, previously led Facebook’s engineering outpost in the Seattle area and spent nearly 10 years at Microsoft. Linda Lian, CEO of Common Room, a Seattle startup focused on building a better conduit between companies and their communities, was the 2022 GeekWire Awards Startup of the Year. Last year’s winner was Chris Diorio, CEO of Impinj, a manufacturer of RFID devices and software.
The GeekWire Awards aim to recognize the top innovators and companies in Pacific Northwest technology. Finalists in various categories were selected based on community nominations and input from judges. Community voting will continue until April 12, combined with feedback from judges to determine the winners in each category. The winners will be announced live at Showbox SoDo in Seattle on May 9.
