A 37-year-old man from the Memphis area has been charged with making threats against President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and former President Obama. Kyl Alton Hall allegedly posted threats on social media, including plans to shoot, kill, and assassinate Biden, as well as threats to crash his plane. Hall also made threats against Harris and Obama. He was indicted on two counts of threats to a sitting president and vice president, as well as one count of a threat to a former president. Hall was arrested and booked in Mississippi by the Southaven Police Department and could face up to five years in prison on each count if found guilty.
