An 18-year-old illegal immigrant was arrested by the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office in connection to the murder of 25-year-old Fraylee Hernandez, whose body was found mutilated inside a car in January. The suspect, whose name was withheld due to being in the juvenile court system, is from El Salvador and is also on probation for assaulting his mother.
