Conservative podcaster Matt Walsh crashed a progressive supper club event called Race2Dinner, which reportedly costs women up to $5,000 to attend. During the dinner, Walsh instructed the attendees to raise a glass if they were racist, to which almost all of the women promptly complied. One woman, Regina Jackson, initially raised her glass but later expressed that she did not consider herself racist. The dinner sessions typically involve self-loathing conversations about race led by Jackson and Saira Rao.

Walsh’s upcoming documentary, “Am I Racist,” will explore his personal adventure through the anti-racism movement as a deconstruction of the movement, similar to his previous work on gender ideology. The film will be the Daily Wire’s first original theatrical release and will feature highlights of his infiltration of the Race2Dinner event. In a teaser clip shared exclusively with The Post, attendees at the dinner seemed baffled by Walsh’s presence as he bumbled around pretending to be their caterer butting into their conversation about race.

During the dinner, Rao reflected on her experiences as a white woman and spoke about the perceived self-hatred and lack of awareness of power among the white female guests. Walsh also interjected, dropping plates and making provocative comments about white women at the table. Despite their discomfort, one of the attendees asked Walsh if he was an actor, while another commented on the need for genuine conversations rather than performative acts of social justice.

Jackson jokingly suggested adding Walsh to their table due to his penchant for interjecting in their conversations, but Rao quickly shut down the idea, telling Walsh he wasn’t allowed to take a seat. Walsh emphasized the importance of having uncomfortable conversations rather than pretending to play a certain role in society. The film “Am I Racist” is set to be released on September 13 and will feature Walsh roleplaying as a DEI trainee exploring literature on anti-racism and interviewing experts in the field.

The film will also include a sit-down with Robin DiAngelo, author of “White Fragility.” The preview clip of the film shows Walsh engaging in provocative and disruptive behavior at the Race2Dinner event, challenging the attendees’ beliefs about racism and power dynamics. Despite the initial resistance from the women at the dinner, Walsh’s presence forces them to confront their own biases and discomfort with discussing race. The documentary is expected to spark conversations about race and privilege among viewers and provide a unique perspective on the complexities of anti-racism movements in today’s society.
