Lavrov criticized Zelenskiy’s plan as “a menu from which you can pull out whatever you want,” indicating a lack of support from Russia. Despite Switzerland’s announcement of hosting a conference based on Zelenskiy’s plan, Russia dismissed the initiative as pointless and doomed to fail without Moscow’s participation.
