The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp is ready to conquer the next step in her brain surgery recovery.
“Staples out and ready for radiation,” Mellencamp, 43, wrote via her Instagram on Friday, February 28, alongside a selfie.
Mellencamp’s sister Justice reposted the message onto her Instagram Story several hours later, writing, “Cancer, don’t mess with a Mellencamp. @teddimellencamp is here to kick your ass. Love you so much!”
The Bravo alum reshared Justice’s remarks on her Stories with the added caption, “Love you sissy.”

Teddi, one of the daughters of rocker John Mellencamp, underwent brain surgery last month. After dealing with “severe and debilitating headaches” for several weeks, doctors ultimately found a diagnosis.
“Yesterday, the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization,” Teddi wrote via Instagram on February 12. “After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least six months.”
She added, “I am blessed to be surrounded by my children, family, friends, doctors, nurses and surgeons who are doing everything possible to get me back into better health. Thank you to everybody who has reached out and to everyone who has supported me along this journey.”

Teddi and estranged husband Edwin Arroyave — the pair separated in fall 2024 — share three children: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5. Arroyave, who also is father to daughter Isabella from a previous relationship, and the kids have all rallied around Teddi as she recovers.
“The divorce is not anyone’s focus at the moment,” a source exclusively revealed in the latest issue of Us Weekly. “Edwin wants to be there for Teddi and their family in any way they need.”
A second insider, meanwhile, noted that the estranged couple “are on good terms at this moment.”

Teddi broke her silence on the medical procedure earlier this week.
“I am grateful for the incredible surgeons, doctors and nurses who made my surgery a success and my recovery process more comfortable,” she wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, February 26. “In full transparency, more tumors were removed than expected: 4 in total. This fight is not over, but that round has been won.”

Many of Teddi’s fellow Bravo alums have also shared their support.
“I’m so sorry you have to go through this. I love you so much ❤️,” Teddi’s “Two T’s in a Pod” cohost, Tamra Judge, wrote via Instagram comment on Friday. “Keep being your strong self!”
Kyle Richards added, “Gorgeous as ever!!! 🤩💪🏼.”
