Meghan Trainor is thrilled with the results of her recent breast augmentation and lift.
“I’ve got big news to share. Yup, I got my boobs done,” Trainor, 31, said in a Thursday, March 7, Instagram video. “As you know, I’m in a super busy chapter of my life. I’ve been touring, working and mommying really hard! So recently, I decided to do something just for me.”
The pop star had previously expressed interest in going under the knife after giving birth to sons Riley and Barry in 2021 and 2023, respectively. (Trainor shares her kids with husband Daryl Sabara.)
“After having kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight, I couldn’t be happier with my decision,” she gushed. “I’m so obsessed. I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs before I got them done because they were never even, were always sagging my whole life.”

During the procedure, Trainor received a pair of Motiva Implants.
“They look and feel amazing,” she added. “I wanted to make sure I had a very natural look and feel, which is why [the Motiva] implants made the most sense because they adapt to movement making them feel more like natural breast tissues.”

In Trainor’s social media upload, she included a pair of before and after photos. In one shot taken pre-surgery, Trainor posed in a sports bra. After the procedure, Trainor danced around in a form-fitting beige sweater.
Trainor first confirmed her surgery plans during a November 2024 episode of her “Workin’ On It” podcast.

“I’m getting a boob job,” she exclaimed. “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty and then they’re full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small. I’ve lost some weight and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.”
At the time, Trainor noted she also couldn’t wait for her wardrobe to fit better post-surgery.

“What’s really difficult is when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up, I have to wear the most supportive bras,” Trainor said. “It could ruin the outfit and they squeeze my sides. I’ve always joked and said for years, like, ‘I can’t wait till I can get a boob job!’”
According to the “All About That Bass” performer, she had “wanted this my whole life.”
“I’m gonna have boobies that don’t look at the floor and it’s gonna be huge,” Trainor said. “They’re not gonna be big, sorry, they’re going to be tiny. I mean, it’s going to be huge for my confidence.”
