Commanders Fans Troll Philadelphia Mayor After Major Eagles Spelling FlubInstead of spelling out Eagles the correct way, Mayor Cherelle Parker spelled out “E-L-G-L-E-S.” The flub has been talked about plenty, leading to Commanders fans selling “Fly ELGLES Fly” shirts at a tailgate before the big game.Now, Eagles diehard fan and funny man Kevin Hart joined in on the fun. In a video posted to his Instagram, Hart playfully shouted out the mayor, along with her mess up.

Regardless of the chant being messed up slightly, Eagles fans are still overtly excited about their team potentially making another Super Bowl.Philadelphia won its first Super Bowl in 2018, and the team has been attempting to secure another championship win. They did appear in the Super Bowl again in 2022, but lost to the Kansas City Chiefs 38-35.Should the Eagles get past the Commanders, they could presumably be facing off against the Chiefs again. This is assuming the Chiefs can get past the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game.If the Chiefs make it, the Eagles could get their revenge on the team that prevented their second Super Bowl victory in franchise history.For now, Hart, the mayor, and everyone is pulling for the Eagles to make it to the big game.
