Josh took to Facebook in May 2015, writing, “Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret.”A few years later, in April 2021, Josh was arrested in Arkansas on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography. Despite his pleading not guilty, in December 2021, the court found him guilty of the child pornography charges, and he was sentenced in May 2022.Josh has made many appeal attempts in his case — all of which have been shut down. First, in January 2022, Josh’s lawyer filed for an acquittal, which was rejected. Then, in June 2022, Josh’s appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit was shot down.
