A creep posing as a livery cab driver drugged and sexually assaulted a woman inside his car in an early-morning horror this week, law enforcement sources said.

The 34-year-old woman got into 55-year-old Umer Randhawa’s car on Roosevelt Avenue in Queens around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, believing that he was a for-hire car service driver, according to the sources.

Randhawa drove his trusting passenger to Hancock Street near Irving Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the sources said.

At some point during the commute, the fake cabbie gave his passenger an “unknown drug,” causing her to become drowsy, then touched her privates, the sources said.

The victim managed to call her friend on WhatsApp – and her friend called 911, according to the sources.

Officers responded to the Bushwick scene, where Randhawa was arrested and the victim was taken to a local hospital, the sources said.

Randhawa was charged with sexual abuse and forcible touching, according to police.

Randhawa has four prior arrests in the Big Apple – the most recent in 2018 for grand larceny, authorities said.

He was previously busted in 2008 for driving while intoxicated, in 2000 for bail jumping and in 1999 for assault, cops said.
