Prince Archie, the eldest child of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, celebrated his fifth birthday in May. Despite Harry and Meghan’s efforts to keep their children out of the public eye, the inclusion of Archie on the royal tour generated excitement among royal fans eager to see the young prince.

In the video, the couple proudly held their infant son in front of press cameras, with Meghan and Archie dressed in matching shades of blue. The viral clip has garnered over 1.4 million views and thousands of positive comments praising the royal family. Despite the positive media coverage of the tour, Meghan revealed in a 2022 podcast discussion with Serena Williams that there was a fire in Archie’s nursery while they were on the trip.
Upon returning to Britain after the tour, Harry and Meghan traveled to Canada for a family vacation. It was during this time that they decided to seek a part-time working arrangement with the monarchy, ultimately leading to their split from the institution in 2020 and their move to the U.S. The Sussex family currently resides in Montecito, California, and has not visited Britain together since 2022.
