During Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, which began in March 2023, the pop star has been surprising fans by performing two acoustic songs at every show. Using an acoustic guitar and an upright piano with flowers painted on it, Swift performs songs that are not on the main setlist during the acoustic portion of the show. Initially, she had stated that she would not repeat any surprise songs unless she made a mistake, but later changed her rule in Melbourne, allowing herself more flexibility in song choice.

There are 17 remaining songs from Swift’s discography that have not been played on the Eras Tour, excluding tracks that are not on any of her albums. With over 30 shows left on the tour, Swift still has the opportunity to perform all these songs if she chooses to. She has been incorporating more song mashups into her sets, allowing her to play multiple songs in a unique way. Some songs, such as “Soon You’ll Get Better” and “Ronan,” are likely to be skipped due to their emotional content.

“Forever Winter” is another song that Swift may find difficult to perform live, as it deals with the loss of a friend. Similarly, songs like “London Boy” and “So Long, London,” which are about her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, may not be included in the setlist. Swift has a habit of playing songs about places in appropriate concert venues, hinting that she may perform “Florida!!! (feat. Florence and the Machine)” in Miami when she returns in October.

As of July 2024, Swift has performed all the songs from her self-titled debut record, Taylor Swift, as well as albums such as Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), 1989 (Taylor’s Version), Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights. By playing “London Boy” at Wembley Stadium in August, she covered all her solo songs from Lover, leaving only a collaboration unplayed. With her performance of “I Did Something Bad” in London on August 17, Swift has now played all her Reputation songs. Some of the songs that have yet to be played during the Eras Tour include tracks from Fearless (Taylor’s Version), Red (Taylor’s Version), Lover, and The Tortured Poets Department, such as “Change” and “Forever Winter”.
