Levi Wright, the 3-year-old son of rodeo star Spencer Wright, tragically died after riding his toy tractor into a Utah river on May 21. Despite being hospitalized in critical condition, Levi’s family made the difficult decision to take him off life support. Family friend Mindy Sue Clark shared the heartbreaking news, describing Levi as the best little boy and expressing the challenges of navigating life without him.

In a social media post, Clark focused on the positive aspects of the situation, acknowledging the outpouring of support from hundreds of thousands of people who surrounded Levi with prayers and love during his 12 days in the hospital. She remembered Levi as the most perfect 3-year-old and expressed her gratitude for being his “Aunt Mindy.” Levi’s mother, Kallie Wright, had previously shared that the family would be taking him off life support, finding comfort in knowing he will be restored to his perfect self.

Despite initially being deemed brain dead and not expected to survive, Levi showed some promising signs early on, even waking up in his hospital bed, giving his family hope. Kallie Wright shared her reflections on Levi’s journey, acknowledging that he had given them time to find peace with letting him go.
