Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert recently questioned top UFO experts on the possibility of aliens having bases in the Earth’s oceans during a hearing held by a subcommittee of the House Oversight Committee in Washington, DC. Boebert specifically inquired about any connection the Department of Defense might have to secretive projects involving the manipulation of human genetics with non-human genetic material. A team of experts, including retired Navy Rear Admiral Dr. Tim Gallaudet, former DoD official Luis Elizondo, former NASA associate administrator of space policy Michael Gold, and journalist Michael Shellenberger, testified about the lack of transparency from the government regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs) and alien life.
During the hearing, Boebert asked the experts about rumors surrounding a secretive project within the Department of Defense that involves the manipulation of human genetics. However, all four experts stated that they were not familiar with such claims. Boebert then questioned Shellenberger about reports of UAPs in oceanic environments that could not be explained by known technology or natural phenomena. Shellenberger, who published a report on a secret Pentagon program called the “Immaculate Constellation,” revealed multiple instances of UAPs in the ocean.
Shellenberger also disclosed that his investigation into the Pentagon program revealed a deliberate effort to keep Congress uninformed, specifically regarding activities in the ocean. While he did not have any information about bases, he noted an account where an orb emerged from the ocean to meet another orb. Boebert further probed into whether the technological capabilities of these oceanic UAPs defied current understandings of physics or human engineering capabilities, to which Shellenberger responded that it seemed like they did. Despite the Pentagon’s denial of Shellenberger’s report and the whistleblower claims, Boebert emphasized her commitment to obtaining answers for the American people.
In 2020, the Pentagon released three short UFO videos captured by US Navy pilots in 2004 and 2015, confirming the authenticity of the footage depicting unidentified phenomena. Following the hearing, Boebert expressed her anticipation of working with President Trump’s incoming administration to seek the answers she believes the American people deserve. Boebert highlighted the issue of over-classification and the amount of information about UAPs that remains unknown to the public, stressing that transparency is crucial. Boebert emerged victorious in her congressional race in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District, securing nearly 54% of the vote.
