Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo recently purchased their Southern California rental home, where they have been living with their two daughters. The Tudor-style house located in Santa Clarita was bought for nearly $2 million, after previously being rented from The Master’s University and Seminary. The property has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two fireplaces, making it a comfortable space for their family. The couple, who were married in 2016, also co-host a podcast together called “The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast.” Jinger, a member of the Duggar family featured on the TLC series “19 Kids and Counting,” has been reevaluating her conservative upbringing and beliefs, including those of having as many children as possible.

Jinger Duggar has had a change of heart regarding the teachings of the Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP), founded by Bill Gothard, which include the belief that families should have as many children as possible. She has expressed fear and anxiety about this expectation that was ingrained in her growing up. Through her own experiences and personal growth, Jinger has come to question and reevaluate the teachings she was raised with. In a podcast appearance, she opened up about her past fears and reservations about the notion of having a large family, despite previously expressing a desire to have as many children as possible. This shift in mindset reflects her journey towards independence and forming her own beliefs separate from those of her upbringing.

Jeremy Vuolo was introduced to Jinger Duggar through her sister, Jessa Duggar, and her husband, Ben Seewald. After initially meeting in Texas, Vuolo visited the Duggar family in Arkansas where he began courting Jinger. Reflecting on their courtship in their memoir, The Hope We Hold, Jinger expressed a strong attraction to Jeremy from the beginning. However, their relationship was met with some challenges, particularly from Jinger’s father, Jim Bob, who required Vuolo to complete a 50-page survey before dating his daughter. Despite the intense scrutiny, Vuolo was eager to prove himself and forge a relationship with Jinger, ultimately winning over her family and becoming a part of their lives.

The couple’s journey together has been documented through their podcast and memoir, offering insights into their relationship and personal growth. Jinger and Jeremy have navigated the complexities of blending their individual upbringings and beliefs to create a life together that aligns with their values and aspirations. Their decision to purchase their rental home in Southern California reflects their commitment to building a future together in a place they have come to love and call home. As they continue to share their experiences and perspectives through their podcast and other platforms, Jinger and Jeremy offer a glimpse into their evolving journey as a couple and as individuals pursuing their own path independent of the expectations that once defined them.
