Another option for returning Amazon purchases is Whole Foods Market, where select stores accept returns. After selecting Whole Foods as the drop-off location, Amazon will email a QR code for an employee to scan. Simply bring the items to the customer service desk or return kiosk at Whole Foods, and an employee will take care of the rest. The UPS Store is another convenient option for returns, with employees packing, labeling, and shipping your items for free. If UPS is chosen as the return method but there is a closer drop-off location, Amazon may charge a $1 fee. Alternatively, UPS pickup is available for eligible items, allowing you to have your package picked up from your home.
If you live near an Amazon store such as Amazon Fresh or Amazon Go, you can drop off your returns there. Amazon will provide a QR code to show to an employee, and you will need to bring the items in their original packaging.
