Aria Property Group has proposed a 30-storey residential building on the Kurilpa peninsula in Brisbane, seeking to exceed the 20-storey limit previously approved for the project. The original plan was scaled down to meet existing limits, but changes to planning laws have prompted the developers to reapply for a taller building with 321 units, up from the original 192. The site is strategically located between the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Brisbane State High School, and Musgrave Park, making it an ideal spot for new housing and public spaces.
