Aimee Teegarden shared childhood memories of Easter egg hunts with her brother and cousin, which always ended in tears due to competitiveness. Despite this, she continues the tradition in some form every year, whether it’s for the dogs or other variations. Teegarden emphasized that for her, the hunt is about quantity over anything else.

In the film, she plays a flower farmer who enters a floral design competition to save her family’s land.
