Former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler’s super PAC, Greater Georgia, has launched a six-figure ad campaign aimed at exposing the “failures” of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis ahead of the November election. The $100,000 ad campaign includes digital ads, direct mail, and text messages targeting Atlanta-area voters. The ad, titled “Failed,” highlights the rise in dangerous crimes in Fulton County under Willis’ watch, accusing her of focusing on personal ambitions and high-profile prosecutions instead of keeping families safe.

The campaign alleges that homicides have increased in Fulton County since Willis was elected, with 13% more homicides in Atlanta since 2023. There are also claims that a significant number of individuals arrested for felonies were never indicted, leading to a backlog of unindicted cases. Additionally, Greater Georgia accuses Willis of misappropriating grant funds from the U.S. Department of Justice and being subpoenaed by the U.S. House Judiciary Committee over the allegations. The group also claims that Willis is under investigation by the U.S. Senate for misusing funds earmarked for clearing sexual assault cases.

Willis rose to national prominence after indicting former President Donald Trump on racketeering charges. However, her case against Trump has faced setbacks, including allegations of an improper affair with special counsel Nathan Wade. A case to disqualify Willis from the Trump case is set to be heard in December in the Georgia Court of Appeals. Greater Georgia contends that Willis is more focused on her political ambitions and celebrity status than on prosecuting criminals and ensuring public safety in Fulton County.

Loeffler criticized Willis, stating that the district attorney failed to fulfill her duties of putting criminals behind bars to protect Fulton County families. Loeffler accused Willis of pursuing vanity cases instead of focusing on prosecuting criminals, leading to a decrease in prosecutions and an increase in crime. She called for Willis to be ousted in the November election to restore public safety in Georgia. The ad campaign launched by Greater Georgia seeks to inform voters about the alleged failures of Fani Willis and rally support for replacing her in office.

The ad campaign is running on various media platforms, including streaming services and programmatic media such as Fox News, CNN, and WSB-TV. The goal is to reach Atlanta-area voters with the message that Willis has not prioritized public safety and has instead focused on personal gain and political ambition. The allegations against Willis highlight the importance of the upcoming election and the need for voters to carefully consider the record and actions of candidates when casting their votes. Greater Georgia is urging voters to hold Willis accountable for what they perceive as a failure to effectively carry out her duties as district attorney of Fulton County.
