Chance Perdomo, the British actor known for his roles in “Gen V” and “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” passed away at the age of 27 in a motorcycle accident. His representative confirmed the news, stating that no other individuals were involved in the accident, with its exact location unknown. Perdomo is known for playing the pansexual warlock Ambrose Spellman in the Netflix series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and Andre Anderson, a superhuman with magnetic manipulation abilities, in “The Boys” spinoff series “Gen V.”

Born on October 20, 1996, in Los Angeles and raised in Southampton, England, Perdomo described himself as “a Black child raised by a Latino mother in a white society with two nationalities.” After graduating from Peter Symonds College, where he majored in theater, Perdomo landed a small role on an episode of “Hetty Feather,” a British children’s drama set in the Victorian era. This experience inspired him to pursue acting full time, despite the role being minimal.

Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television expressed devastation over Perdomo’s death, with the producers of “Gen V” struggling to come to terms with the loss. Production on the second season of “Gen V” has been delayed indefinitely in light of Perdomo’s passing. In the UK, Perdomo was well-known for his role in “Killed by My Debt,” a television movie based on the true story of a young courier who died by suicide due to escalating debt.

In an interview, Perdomo reflected on his aspirations as a child and the impact of his various acting roles.
