After getting engaged on a ski trip, Stephanie and David decided to get married just 10 weeks later at Stephanie’s childhood home in Westchester, NY. The couple, who are both Jewish, started the day with the signing of the ketubah, followed by a legal ceremony at Manhattan’s City Hall and a celebratory dinner at Daniel Boulud’s Maison Barnes. Stephanie wore a stunning Giambattista Valli dress with a lace-like pattern that matched the gold embroidery, while David wore a classic black tuxedo. The bride walked down the aisle to “I Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley, meeting her groom beneath a flower-festooned chuppah that featured a tallis wedding canopy passed down from David’s great-grandfather.

Stephanie was able to prepare for her walk down the aisle comfortably in her own home, finalizing the decor, table arrangements, and desserts with ease. She wore a two-piece look created by Moran Kashi of Kashi Couture, featuring a silk strapless corset top and a sweeping trained skirt adorned with appliqués of hydrangea blooms. Her veil also featured delicate embroideries of vines in powdery green and blue, her something blue. Stephanie accessorized with her mother’s five-strand pearl necklace, a pearl bracelet from her grandmother, and a pair of earrings from Nass. After the ceremony, the couple spent a few moments alone together in the house before joining their guests for cocktail hour outside.

Guests then took their seats at a beautifully decorated table for a late lunch. Overhead, raffia lanterns decorated with dried flowers hung above the tables, while Stephanie and David laid linens that symbolized their new household together. The table featured a 28-foot-long cake adorned with cherries and ranunculus flowers, creating a stunning centerpiece. Stephanie, a tableware designer, put her heart into the production of the table setting, combining custom pieces with lifetime favorites. The cake-cutting was followed by an outfit change for Stephanie into a vintage white Chanel dress as the party moved over to the pool area for the festivities.

Stephanie changed into a white bathing suit and fringed Emilio Pucci cover-up to lounge poolside with her closest friends and family, along with her husband David. The day was filled with love, joy, and personal touches that truly reflected Stephanie and David’s relationship. Despite the rush to plan their wedding in just 10 weeks, the couple managed to create a beautiful and memorable event that celebrated their love and commitment to each other. Stephanie’s attention to detail and creativity shone through in every aspect of the day, from the decor to the table settings to her stunning wedding dress. The couple’s decision to get married at Stephanie’s childhood home added an extra layer of sentimentality to the day, making it even more special for them and their guests.
