McIlroy is the only player with single-digit odds.

Collin Morikawa is the second favorite at 14/1, just ahead of Justin Thomas, Ludvig Aberg, Xander Schauffele, who are all listed at 16/1.

The field for the tournament features 72 golfers, and there is no cut.

2025 Truist Championship picks

Aaron Rai (60/1, FanDuel): The consensus about this course is that it will severely penalize drives that go awry, so I’ll back arguably the world’s most accurate off-the-tee player, Aaron Rai. The Englishman hung around at the Masters, and post top-15s at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and THE PLAYERS, so he’s proven he can show up at tough courses against elite fields.

Denny McCarthy (66/1, BetMGM): We’re flying blind at the Truist, so Denny McCarthy makes sense as a long-shot play. Not only is he from the Mid-Atlantic, but he’s also known as one of the best putters in the world, so that skill set should be quite helpful when we don’t know much about how this course will play when it’s being attacked by 72 of the best golfers in the world.

Thomas Detry (125/1, FanDuel): This a case where a players recent results have allowed a terrific opportunity to buy back in at a great price. Thomas Detry won the Waste Management Phoenix Open, one of the toughest tournaments on the schedule, back in February, so I see no reason why we should just chuck him out when he’s 125/1.

Summarize this content to 2000 words in 6 paragraphs in Arabic Gambling content 21+.
