After Kody hit the home run, a fan threw the ball back onto the field, and a ball attendant tossed it into the stands after retrieving it in right field.<\/p>\n

He explained that a friend of his took note of where the attendant threw the ball, and then the friend was able to get the fan up and their family up to Roger\u2019s box.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was so crazy,\u201d Debbie said of what the three of them did, celebrating in the box. \u201cIt was just great being here and for his first time being able to play.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kody, 28, is currently in his fourth season in the MLB, and was previously with the Phillies before they designated him for assignment in April.<\/p>\n
