You gotta give something an opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut if there\u2019s been extended time and we\u2019re not getting results we want to get, you\u2019ve got to look at something different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During the team\u2019s recent skid, in which they\u2019ve gone 2-5-2 and fallen out of a playoff spot, the Rangers have just one power-play goal in 22 opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust a little life in the groups,\u201d Miller said. \u201cEverybody is excited to see some new faces. Sometimes that works, so we\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe need to score. It\u2019s not even scoring, just need momentum for the team. Goals are nice. Obviously, you want to be the difference makers. But right now, we\u2019re too stagnant and stopping the flow of the game rather than creating momentum for the team. It happens. It\u2019s unfortunate that it\u2019s right now. We\u2019re trying to get some life into the groups.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Matt Rempe practiced Friday after missing Thursday\u2019s loss to the Maple Leafs due to an illness.<\/p>\n<p>Igor Shesterkin hunched over in pain for a few seconds after saving a shot from Brodzinski with his stomach during Friday\u2019s practice and subsequently slammed his stick against the boards in frustration.<\/p>\n<p>Anton Blidh was sent back down to Hartford on Friday.
