Reilly got back on the ice in mid-December, mostly skating on his own. <\/p>\n
He started taking contact more recently, and started traveling when the Islanders went to Boston a few weeks ago. <\/p>\n

It\u2019s tough when you can\u2019t travel with the team. There was some spurts where I\u2019d be the only guy back, which is tough.<\/p>\n
\u201cObviously we\u2019ve had a lot of injuries. At times I\u2019d be with another guy or two [back on Long Island]. As soon as [they] get back from the trip, they\u2019re asking, checking in, seeing how I\u2019m doing, making me feel a part of it. Obviously felt really good.\u201d<\/p>\n
