But with Emma and the seniors, they raised that standard and can really make something special happen now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The coach added that their 61-49 loss to Syosset in January became what the squad needed to finish the year strong.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was after that loss that we vowed to each other, \u2018This is it. There should be no other losses. We should be celebrating at the end,\u2019 \u201d he said of his team that won its final seven games to finish with a 17-5 record.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow we\u2019re here, and it\u2019s exciting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Settling the score with 19-3 Syosset will be no easy task, as Braves head coach Michael Ferreira intentionally scheduled several high-competition city schools throughout the season to up his players\u2019 grit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis team really wants to win,\u201d he said. \u201cBut we don\u2019t talk about back-to-back a lot \u2026 this group just really wants to make their own unique history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A little south in Plainview, they\u2019re focusing on playing their own game rather than the sizable task at hand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re just all chasing that feeling [of victory] and taking it play by play,\u201d Heaney said. \u201cThat\u2019s really helped us prepare for Saturday.\u201d <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summarize this content to 2000 words in 6 paragraphs in Arabic They wouldn\u2019t want it any other way.
