\u201cWe got to talking about this Jets team, and the vision,\u201d Mougey said of Thursday\u2019s reconnection with Glenn, \u201cand we were in lockstep right out the gate. Mougey finds a better roster \u2014 especially along the line of scrimmage \u2014 than he would have inherited in most general manager vacancies.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI felt that very much,\u201d Mougey said. \u201cIt\u2019s a talented roster, and we are going to continue to add to it.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cornerback Sauce Gardner, receiver Garrett Wilson, running back Breece Hall, left tackle Olu Fashanu, center Joe Tippmann, right guard Alijah Vera-Tucker, defensive tackle Quinnen Williams, linebacker Quincy Williams and edges Will McDonald and Jermaine Johnson provide a promising core.\u00a0<\/p>\n
