Harrison Bader has left the city limits.

The ex-Yankees outfielder is now also an ex-Met after having signed a one-year, $6.25 million contract with the Twins, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported Wednesday.

The deal includes a mutual option for 2026, and Bader can earn up to $2 million in bonuses.

The 30-year-old provided standout defense for the Mets in 2024, making 140 of his career-high 143 starts in center field, but lost time to Tyrone Taylor down the stretch.

“To be given an opportunity as a free agent this offseason, I never imagined I would have as much fun as I have this year,” he said ahead of the National League Division Series against the Phillies.

Bader, a Bronxville native, slashed .236/.284/.373 for the Amazin’s last season, adding 12 homers and 17 stolen bases.

Over eight seasons spent with the Cardinals, Yankees, Reds and Mets, he’s posted a .242/.306/.698 line.

The Mets brought back Jesse Winker to add to a crowded outfield that also has newcomers Juan Soto and Jose Siri, in addition to Taylor and veterans Starling Marte and Brandon Nimmo.

In the Twin Cities, he’ll provide depth behind injury-prone Byron Buxton and provide an extra right-handed bat available to the lineup.

He’s just the second free agency add in Minnesota this offseason, following lefty reliever Danny Coulombe joining up on a one-year, $3 million deal on Tuesday.

The Twins finished the 2024 season at 82-80 and missed the playoffs, and are perhaps hoping Bader can bring some of the Mets’ fortune that saw them make a surprising run to the NLCS to Minnesota.
