One patient, Aya Nofal suffered numerous fractures to her rib cage and lost her leg following an israeli strike. She was transferred by the WHO for treatment in southern Gaza. The WHO has said that medical evacuation have been halted in Gaza since the Rafah border crossing was seized by Israel.
