Super Bowl 2025 could be a scary look at the Chiefs’ future.

Travis Kelce looked like a shell of himself during the Eagles’ 40-22 annihilation of Kansas City, and ESPN analyst Booger McFarland ripped into him postgame.

“I called Travis Kelce the best tight end in football for a long time,” McFarland said of the 35-year-old Kelce.

“He’s no longer that. He played the worst game I’ve ever seen him play tonight. If you go back and watch the tape, Travis Kelce was a non-factor. Father time is undefeated, Boom [Chris Berman].”

Kelce had four catches for 39 yards — and those paltry numbers all came in the second half with the Eagles well ahead.

McFarland has long been a supporter of Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, dating back to 2018 when he controversially said on “Monday Night Football” that Kelce was better than Patriots great Rob Gronkowski.

“No disrespect to Gronk, but Travis Kelce is the best tight end in football,” McFarland said in October 2018.

After no-showing in the game, Kelce cut out of the postgame media scrum early to head up to Swift’s suite.

“Have a good one, guys,” Kelce told reporters after answering several questions.

Questions about Kelce’s future will now be a major talking point entering the offseason.

“Where will I be in three years? I don’t know. Hopefully, still playing football,” Kelce said during Super Bowl 2025 media day. “I love doing this. I love coming into work every day. I feel like I’ve still got a lot of good football left in me. We’ll see what happens.

Kelce had previously signed an extension last offseason that will carry him through April 2027, but he posted career lows in yards and touchdowns this season.
