Time Out magazine recently released their annual ranking of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world, with Marseille’s Notre-Dame-du-Mont taking the number one spot. Portugal’s Bonfim neighbourhood in Porto and Hungary’s Palace District in Budapest were also recognized for their unique cultural offerings and community spirit.
