Mak Acquisitions filed a lawsuit seeking almost $195,000 in unpaid rent that Candice allegedly skipped out on. Brandon Miller tragically took his own life earlier in the summer when he was struggling with a significant amount of debt. He was found unresponsive in his car in the garage of his Hamptons mansion and later pronounced dead on July 3rd.
The lawsuit against Candice Miller claims that she owes rent for the months between April and July, with the rent totaling $47,000 for the first two months before increasing to $49,000. While she agreed to vacate the apartment at the end of August, she only owes $2,000 for that month as Mak Acquisitions retained her security deposit. Overall, Candice is being sued for a total of $194,881. She relocated to a Miami condo with her two daughters in August, following the decision to leave their Park Avenue residence.
