In the video, the internet vigilantes approach Kemp-Neal, asking if he is Marcus, and he immediately runs from them. Kemp-Neal was an Assistant District Attorney who handled cases involving assault, harassment, and child endangerment, earning $84,990 in that position. The men chasing Kemp-Neal can be heard yelling out accusations that he came to meet a 13-year-old boy, leading to a confrontation between them.
The chase ends when a random man intervenes, grabbing Kemp-Neal and placing him in a chokehold. In the video, Kemp-Neal appears to struggle and try to break free while being interrogated by one of the men.
